Paul H. Sutton, 53, well known here, died suddenly early Saturday morning from a heart attack suffered at his home in Danville, Ill. His wife the former Ruth Furr of Veedersburg was seriously ill at that time. Mrs. Furr has several relatives here. Mr. Sutton was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Sutton of Waynetown, had resided in Danville for several years and was employed with the C&IL shops in that city He is survived by the widow one daughter, Mrs. Zelma Durnall, of Danville and one sister, Mrs. Louise Remley, deputy clerk in the Montgomery Circuit Court in Crawfordsville. Funeral services for Mr. Sutton were held at the John and Johnson Funeral Home in Danville at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon with burial in the Masonic Cemetery at Waynetown. – transcribed by kbz

Paul H. Sutton, 53, former resident of Waynetown and brother of Louise Remley deputy clerk in the Montgomery Circuit court in Crawfordsville died suddenly early Saturday morning from a heart attack suffered at his home in Danville, Ill. Mrs. Remely left Saturday morning for Danville to remain until after the funeral services. Mr. Sutton was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Sutton of Waynetown. He had resided in Danville for the past score years or more.  He was employed with the C&EI shops in Danville. In addition to his sister, Mr. Sutton is survived by his wife, the former Ruth Furr of Veedersburg and a daughter, Mrs. Zelma Durnall also of Danville. Mrs. Sutton is seriouly ill at her home at the present time. Funeral arrangements wer eincomplete Saturday morning.
